I agree with the statement completely. Quoting from the text, "It is one of the hardest goals to accomplish, to be able to boil down difficult concepts into a short and easily understood presentation or elevator pitch.”

I find it very tough to explain what we do into layman context because the terms used which are engineering related are rather profound and rarely heard of. As a result, the presenter will then have to elaborate on these individual terms, until the audience has a clear idea of what the problem or solution which they are pitching. In conclusion, I find it impossible to keep the presentation short, or even an elevator pitch for our audience.
